Touching on New Blood again I wanted to post this entry about the work of Devon Tsz-Kin Hong and Carren O’Keefe, two graduates from Miami Ad School, Hamburg and Miami Ad School, Miami.
The brief was to create a print/outdoor campaign for the UK’s cheapest fruit smoothie – PJ Smoothies.
Devon and Carren explain how they interpreted the brief:
We got to thinking about cheap fruits and then exploitation just sort of pop up from nowhere. Then we thought it’d be funny to play on sexploitation – and the rest sort of just happened after that, the bruised banana made us laugh a lot…
